Sinulog Festival is a cultural and religious festival. One of the highlights of the festival is the Grand Street Parade wherein many people coming from different places of the Philippines are participating. It is where the participants are wearing bright and colorful costumes, big head-dresses, and accessories. Most of them are dressing like Sto. Nino. Others are wearing filipiniana while holding a bilao. Some are wearing recycled materials. When they are having their parade, most of them are holding a Sto. Nino.
